Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Delivery Time & Coverage

  • We deliver orders nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Usual processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In exceptional cases (weather, holidays, courier delays), delivery may take longer. We’ll notify you if there’s any significant delay.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fee depends on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free delivery is available on all orders over PKR 25,000.
  • For orders below PKR 25,000, shipping charges apply as per courier rates.
  • Courier charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer / bank deposit
  • Online payment via credit or debit cards
  • Local mobile wallets and payment gateways

Note: COD orders may include a small additional handling fee.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with details.
  • We verify address, stock availability, and payment before dispatch.
  • If there’s any issue (out of stock, wrong address, etc.), we’ll contact you before shipment.

5. Dispatch & Courier

  • We ship orders via trusted courier partners nationwide.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS after dispatch.
  • Track your parcel on the courier’s tracking portal or via our support team.

6. Late Delivery & Liability

  • In case of significant delay, contact us for status updates or resolution.
  • HomeSolutionsPK is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Unavailability of recipient
    • Weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

7. Payment Failure & Cancellations

  • If payment fails or remains unconfirmed, your order may be canceled automatically.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch and accepted, any paid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returned items must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

9. Change of Address / Rescheduling

  • Address or delivery date changes are possible before dispatch only.
  • After dispatch, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
  • If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.
