3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier service. During promotions or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! 🎉 We offer Free Delivery on orders above ₨25,000 anywhere in Pakistan.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

You can return or exchange your order within 3 calendar days of delivery if it meets our Return Policy conditions.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7. How do I request a refund?

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed as per your selected method:

  • Refund Voucher: Within 24 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 3–15 business days
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa: 3–20 business days
