Return & Exchange Policy

At HomeSolutionsPK, we always strive to bring the best quality products from around the world to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. To serve you better, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please read and follow the guidelines below carefully — we’ll do our best to complete your request as quickly as possible.
You have 3 calendar days after receiving your order to file a return request with a valid reason.
Our dedicated #Team-HomeSolutions works around the clock to provide excellent service. However, to maintain fairness, if we identify an unreasonable pattern of returns or misuse of our policies, we reserve the right to restrict or deny future transactions.
We only accept returns for:
- Products that have quality issues
- Wrongly dispatched items
- Items that don’t match the product description listed on our website
Please note that certain items are non-returnable (see below). HomeSolutionsPK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise or update the return policy and list of non-refundable products at any time.
Eligibility Criteria for Product Returns
- The product is not genuine or has quality issues
- The product received was incorrect or not as described
- You notify us within 3 calendar days after delivery
If your product meets all requirements, your return request can be initiated.
Before Sending, Please Review
- Product is in its original packaging
- Product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags or labels are attached
- Product is complete with all accessories or gifts received
Requirements for Return
- Keep your original product receipt issued by HomeSolutionsPK.
- Keep the courier’s package receipt issued by the shipment company.
- Provide clear pictures or videos of the product showing the issue.
- Fill out the Product Return Form (PRF) when requested by our team.
- Items must be eligible and requested within 3 calendar days after delivery.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including hangers, plastic wraps, boxes, tags, dust bags, gifts, tokens, vouchers, etc.).
- If the purchased item includes a gift or complimentary product, it must also be returned.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by HomeSolutionsPK.
Non-Returnable Items
- Beauty and personal care products
- Items without original receipts, slips, or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process
Step 1 – Check Eligibility
Ensure your product meets the above conditions.
Step 2 – Contact Customer Service
Call or WhatsApp our Customer Support at 0337-0344010 or email info@homesolutionspk.com.
You’ll need to provide:
- Reason for return
- Order ID or invoice number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
Step 3 – Approval & Form Submission
Once reviewed, our support team will confirm if your request is approved. You’ll be asked to fill the Product Return Form (PRF) for record.
Step 4 – Pack & Dispatch
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, receipts, and tags. Include a note with your name, contact number, email, and order ID.
Ship the parcel using any courier of your choice. Please note that return courier charges are paid by the customer.
Step 5 – Verification & Refund
Once received, our Quality Check team will verify your claim. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Important Notes
- Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Products that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not qualify for return.
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment method.
- HomeSolutionsPK reserves the right to deny returns in cases of policy abuse.
